This cuvée comes from land replanted with Sylvaner on the clay soil of Bergbieten. The wine ferments for nine months with indigenous yeast. It is developed without added sulphites and only lightly filtered.
It reveals springtime notes of flowers and fresh grass. Light, airy and svelte. Easy to digest.
