Harvesting 2007

Vintage year 2007 :

Since mid-August, we had the great fortune to have two months of almost uninterrupted cloudy nights with a little fresh often favoring a slow-ripening grapes. Thus we were able to spread the harvest nearly six weeks (excluding late harvest) for each plot to reap its optimum level of maturity. The grapes are rich in sugar, yet contain sufficient acidity but more importantly, the intensity and quality of flavors rarely been equaled. More than ever risk-taking late harvesting has paid! The year 2007 promises to be excellent, well-being may exceptional! We will say more in a few months ...
